Lance Welter
serves as Vice President-Customers. He is best known for helping customers of The Communicators achieve results they expect to see, with a system that he created and tested for the past 15 years in hundreds of organizations, called "Creating Relationships to Sustain Your Vision." Customers love the way Lance makes a difference and excels at coaching and empowering customers to surpass their own goals.
While in graduate school, and working in a business development position, it became very apparent to Lance that there was no "silver bullet" for revenue generation. It was, and still is, a relatively simple process involving listening skills, good communication skills and a win-win common sense client approach.
With the unique combination of a Masters in Communication Theory and over 25 years real life "street" experience, Lance brings a pragmatic approach to the art of revenue generation, whether for an association, in the form of a revenue-based foundations, or through for-profit companies via revenue-based sales networks.
Lance's experience draws from a myriad of sales adventures - everything from mentoring Small Business Administration 8A firms, organizing trade conferences, facilitation of mandated EPA Town Meeting through building and maintaining revenue based sales organizations for the private sector.
In today's fast changing environment, skills are consistently evolving and changing, but basics remain the foundation of any revenue based approach. Several that Lance uses include:

Prior to his move to The Communicators, Lance was Director of Sales for a consulting/training IT firm, where he increased revenues by 75 percent, with the company growing 35 percent.
